Cash Out allows bettors to settle a bet before an event ends. The payout amount depends on the live status of the selection at the time of the Cash Out request. Once accepted, the bet is settled immediately and cannot be reversed.

Availability and Use

Cash Out is offered on selected events, fixtures, and markets, including single and multibets. It can be used through the Betika App, mobile site, lite, or desktop platform.

How to Use

  1. Log into your Betika account.
  2. Open the My Bets section.
  3. Select an active bet.
  4. Click Cash Out.

If the odds change or the market is suspended before Betika confirms the request, the Cash Out will fail. When successful, the payout is credited instantly to the account balance.

When Cash Out Is Unavailable

The feature is not available for:

  • Free bets or bonus bets.
  • Bets with a potential win below KES 10.
  • Shikisha, Jackpot, Virtuals, Betika Fasta, or Casino bets.

It may also be unavailable if a market is suspended, live coverage ends, or Betika removes the feature from an event. Once a bet is cashed out, it is fully settled and cannot be reopened
