Mossbets Lost Multibet Cashback: How to Claim Up to KES 5,000

The Lost Multibet Cashback is available to all Mossbets customers who place cash multibets online on sportsbook events, including pre-match and live markets.

To qualify, a multibet must contain at least six selections, and each bet must have a minimum stake of KES 49. Only bets placed with real money are eligible; cashed-out, voided, cancelled, bonus, or free bets do not qualify.

Cashback Calculation

The cashback applies when exactly one selection in a qualifying multibet loses, and all other winning selections have odds of at least 1.20.

• For multibets containing six to twenty selections, the customer receives 50% of their net stake as cashback.
• For multibets with more than twenty selections, the customer receives 100% of their net stake.
• The maximum cashback per bet is KES 5,000. The cashback is credited immediately after all selections in the betslip are settled.
• Only winnings from the cashback are added to the cash balance, and the amount can be withdrawn via M-PESA.
