Betano 1st Half Injury Safety Net
Get peace of mind, bets voided if your player misses the second half injured.
The 1st Half Injury Safety Net is a discretionary settlement policy. It applies when a player starts a match, suffers a confirmed injury during the first half, and does not participate at any point in the second half. When conditions are met, eligible unsettled bets on that player are voided and refunded.
Eligibility
The offer applies only if all conditions are met:
- The player participates in the first half
- The injury occurs during the first half
- The injury is officially confirmed
- The player does not return in the second half
Settlement treatment:
- Unsettled (open) player performance bets are voided and refunded
- Already settled bets remain unchanged
The process may be triggered during the match if injury confirmation is available. If not, it may be reviewed after the match based on official reports (e.g., team or league statements).
