Betano Pre‑Event Bet Refund

This offer applies to pre-event bets on selected soccer player markets. If the chosen player is substituted before halftime and the outcome of the market has not yet been determined, the affected selection may be settled as void and the stake refunded, subject to the rules below.

Qualification and Settlement Rules

The offer applies only if all conditions are met:

• Bet placed before the match starts
• Applies to player markets in soccer events
• Valid for single, multiple, system, and Bet Builder bets

Settlement treatment:

• Single bet: Entire bet voided if the selected player is substituted before halftime
• Multiple or system bet: Only the affected player selection is voided
• Bet Builder: Entire bet voided if the selected player is substituted before halftime

The offer does not apply:

• If the market outcome was already determined before substitution
• If Cash Out was used
• If the player was sent off (red card or two yellow cards) before halftime

Settlement may occur immediately after substitution or after the match ends.

Restrictions and Discretion

• Applies only to substitutions before the halftime whistle
• Applies only where the substitution is not disciplinary (e.g., red card)
• General betting and bonus terms apply
• The operator may amend, withdraw, or restrict the offer at its discretion
