betFREEZE is a new feature that allows you to lock specific selections in an accumulator as "winning," regardless of the actual live score or eventual outcome. This tool helps keep your ticket alive even when a match isn't going your way.

How It Works

• Availability: Valid for multiples containing 3 or more selections.
• The "Freeze": You can select a losing event on your slip and "FREEZE" it. Once done, that selection is locked as a win and marked with a ❄️ icon.
• Recalculation: When a selection is frozen, the total odds of your ticket are recalculated using a specific FREEZE formula.
• Supported Markets: Available for pre-match, live (in-play), and mixed betting slips.

Limits and Restrictions

The number of selections you can freeze depends on the total number of events on your ticket:

• 3–4 selections: 1 Freeze
• 5–8 selections: 2 Freezes
• 9–14 selections: 3 Freezes
• 15–20 selections: 4 Freezes
• 21+ selections: 5 Freezes

Key Restrictions:

• Selections with odds of 20.00 or higher cannot be frozen.
• There is no minimum odds requirement to utilize this feature.
