Participation

• Available to new customers only.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: KES equivalent of $10.
• Offer must be claimed within 30 days of registration.
• The qualifying deposit is the largest deposit made within the 7 days before claiming.
• Certain payment methods (e.g., AstroPay, Neteller, Skrill, paysafecard) cannot be used for the qualifying deposit or for withdrawing returns from Bet Credits unless identity verification requirements are met.

Releasing Bet Credits

To make Bet Credits available for use:

1. Place qualifying bets equal to the value of your qualifying deposit (maximum counted: KES equivalent of $30).
2. These bets must settle within 30 days of claiming the offer.
3. Only bets settled after the offer is claimed count.

Qualifying bets must meet these conditions

• At least one selection must have odds of 1.20 (1/5) or higher.
• Only the highest cumulative stake on a single selection within the same market/fixture combination counts.
• Partially cashed-out bets count only for the remaining active stake.
• The following do not count: cashed-out bets, void bets, gaming products, Free Bets, Jackpot bets, In-Play push settlements, and Fantasy Sports entries.

Using Bet Credits

• Bet Credits are non-withdrawable.
• Returns from Bet Credits include winnings only. the Bet Credits stake is not returned.

• Bet Credits stakes are not returned on void bets that had a chance to win (e.g., pushes).
• Cash Out values already exclude the Bet Credits stake.

Expiry

• Bet Credits expire 7 days after being added to the Bet Credits balance.
• If additional Bet Credits are added, the entire balance expires 7 days after the most recent addition.
